Tai Chi is a series of slow, controlled movements and is an effective exercise for health and wellbeing. Tai Chi can help a range of disorders including anxiety, arthritis, fatigue, joint stiffness, stress and can improve posture, flexibility, strength and concentration.
This course is suitable for students who have learnt the sequences taught in Claire’s Tai Chi Chuan Beginners class. This class is not for beginner Tai Chi Chuan students.
